We measure progress in many different ways but the most telling overall benchmark is a critical question on our annual employment satisfaction survey – “are you proud to work for Northern Foods?”  The 2010 survey reported 64 per cent of colleagues who responded agreeing with the statement, a figure we aspire to get up to 80 per cent by 2012.
