Great taste at speed: Goodfella’s Solos

Northern Foods’ ability to respond to consumer needs for more convenience was demonstrated with Goodfella’s Solos

In response to research that showed a growing number of people eating alone, Solos single serve pizzas, which have a cooking time of just ten minutes, provide the right portion size, the speed and choice that people were looking for.

Goodfella's SolosThe range also addresses the rise of  'just for me' eating occassions, where people want to choose their own personal favourites, even when eating as a family or a group. Pizza toppings range from those more suitable for kids such as Margarita to more sophisticated flavours such as Chicken & Pesto.

Launched in September 2005, Solos was the biggest launch the frozen pizza category has seen in four years and, according to the Grocer magazine, was the fastest growing product of 2006.  Today it is well established as a core part of the Goodfella's range.
