Corporate governance

At Northern Foods we are committed to the highest standards of corporate governance. The Board has overall responsibility for corporate governance and is accountable to the company’s shareholders for good governance.

We recognise the importance of this responsibility and comply fully with the provisions set out in Section 1 of the current Combined Code on Corporate Governance (the Combined Code) published in 2003 and updated in June 2006 and the associated Turnbull Guidance, as annexed to the Listing Rules.
